I am a San Diego native, mother and wife who loves the ocean, trees, words, great food and yoga.
I was blessed with 'sensitivities'... at an early age. From simple things like food and dreaming, then to later more complex things like 'seeing' a fog over areas of stagnation in our home (enter my love of sage). As I grew into myself I found that these sensitivities were a great gift. And, when understood, practiced and expressed, I could offer real healing into this world. I am so grateful and humbled to the path that has lead me to this place of practice.
