One-on-One Coaching:
Coaching for individual to support ADHD symptoms, set achievable goals, creating systems and structures. Ideal for adults, parents, students and teens. Weekly or bi-weekly sessions for 30 or 60 minutes.
Group Coaching:
Find your ADHD community. A compassionate space to share your triumphs and obstacles, learn about ADHD and create structures and skills together. Currently offered for adults only.
